Give & Goal is powered by a passionate group of young changemakers, students, and community leaders from South Florida. Our team believes that sports can change lives, and we put that belief into action.

Andrés Rodríguez

Co-Founder & President

Rising senior at MAST Academy, from Spain, playing in Key Biscayne since age five. MAST varsity player, GMAC champion, and MAST Academy team captain.
What Andrés does
- Oversees daily operations: donation collection, organization, tracking, and distribution
- Built partnerships with Key Biscayne Soccer Club, A Zero Waste Culture, and Flying High for Haiti
- Launched the donation drop-off at the Key Biscayne Farmers Market
- Organized two shipments to Haiti through Flying High for Haiti
- Manages inventory tracking in Excel
- Managed the volunteer team, counted all donated clothing, and organized it for storage
- Helped collect donated clothing
José Noguera

Co-Founder & President

Rising senior at MAST Academy, from Chile, a member of the Junior Chilean Waterski National Team, inspired by global travel to give back.
What José does
- Oversees daily operations: donation collection, organization, tracking, and distribution
- Established a partnership with HEAL Palestine, sending 100+ lbs of clothing to children in Egypt, including 23 complete soccer kits, balls, and caps
- Built a coded Excel system for inventory and donations
- Contributes to marketing, social media, and nonprofit outreach
- Managed the volunteer team, counted all donated clothing, and organized it for storage
- Helped collect donated clothing
Santiago Varela

Director of Outreach

Rising senior at MAST Academy, from Colombia and Venezuela, who started playing at age four. Key Biscayne SC state finalist and champion, and MAST Academy team captain.
What Santiago does
- Builds and maintains relationships with partner organizations
- Created a partnership with Tennis4Colombia, shipping 30+ lbs of equipment to kids in an underprivileged area of Cartagena, Colombia
- Helped collect donated clothing
Darioush Atabaki

Director of Outreach

Rising senior and varsity team member at MAST Academy, from Cuba and Iran, involved with Give & Goal since the very beginning.
What Darioush does
- Built partnerships with Shake-A-Leg Miami and Miami Cosmos FC
- Co-led the organization's event at Shake-A-Leg Miami for children across Miami with Cyrus
- Pitched in on a clothing and equipment shipment to the Dominican Republic through Blue Missions
- Helps organize donations

Cyrus Atabaki

Rising senior at MAST Academy, from Cuba and Iran, who has played since age five for Lions FC, Key Biscayne SC, and Miami Breakers FC.

- Built partnerships with Shake-A-Leg Miami and Miami Cosmos FC
- Co-led the organization's event at Shake-A-Leg Miami for children across Miami with Darioush
- Collects and organizes donated gear to build inventory
